Personal & Collective Growth
Personal and collective growth is embedded in the activities and events we organize. We offer an environment where you can explore your inner self, find your place within nature, and connect with the world around you.
Our approach is open and inclusive. We aim to inspire and empower visitors from near and far. Our activities and events blend knowledge-sharing through workshops and lectures with artistic expressions like handicrafts, music, literature, and theatre. We also encourage other practices such as yoga, dance, meditation, and breathwork, offering a diverse experience for all participants.
Are you a practitioner, yoga teacher, musician, artist, trainer, coach or alike and would you like to organize an event at Rognstad? Send us an email to share your ideas!

Small Scale Sustainable Farming

Central to our goals is nurturing a deeper connection with nature and promoting the value of locally and sustainably grown food. Our focus is on small-scale vegetable growing and fruit production within our garden and greenhouse.
From these efforts, we aim to harvest a variety of vegetables, fruits, and flowers. These ingredients not only enrich vegetarian meals enjoyed by our residents and guests, but also inspire a return to locally sourced produce.
Our primary goal is to produce for our residents and visitors. Looking ahead, we envision expanding to establish a community garden accessible to locals. Through a 'gårdsbutikk' (farm store), we look forward to offering locally grown delights, encouraging visitors to explore gardening themselves, and supporting our sustainable practices by purchasing fresh produce directly from us.
